New Features for SMMCats clients!!

by smmcats / Thursday, 07 March 2013 / Published in Client Tips, Facebook, New Features

Ok, now that you all got my test post because I picked the wrong list (ron+mailchimp+newposting toy=Epic Fail) Sorry about that, but I have some really good news!! You can send email newsletters to all your contacts right through your wordpress site!! You can use MailChimp to send the newsletters, that’s a free service for up to 2000 subscribers. If you aren’t using some sort of newsletter or autoresponders, you are missing the boat on keeping in touch with your potential new deals. You can add your new lead, people you just met at an open house or a coffee shop. Mailchimp can automatically send them your autoresponder emails for as long as you set them up. You can also send newsletter with updates on the markets, new laws, changes that affect homes in your area or pictures of your last vacation!!

This is a very handy tool and if you don’t have something doing this for you, you simply have no excuse. It’s free to use!! It’s not free for me to setup, heck no, but it’s very reasonable.

You can have different lists for different sets of people. Buyers, Sellers, Leads, Past Clients, Church, Rotary, whatever…

Here is what I can do to help you:
I setup a mailchimp account for you.
I create a template using your consistent branding with your website
I add plugins to your website integrating wordpress with mailchimp
I upload your contacts (you have to provide me with a csv file)
I create a category for your posts in your website.

Here are extra things I can do for you:
Setup multiple lists, add different groups of contacts
Add multiple categories in Facebook so you can post to a specific group

If you have the social media package, your newsletter can also post to Facebook and Twitter, as well as your own website. Talk about exposure!! You are getting yourself all over the place with one post. If you don’t have the social media package, contact me to discuss adding that/

This is a really easy and fun way to send out your notes to all your contacts. Contact me for questions on pricing and how quickly I can add it to your website.

Thanks,
Ron Childress
