New Web Posting Service Available!

by smmcats / Friday, 02 May 2014 / Published in New Features, Online Presence Tips, web post service

It’s so important to post interesting and relevant information to both your website and your social media. This keeps your friends and fans engaged with you, keeps you in their minds when they think of real estate. Posting new information to your website also helps with being found in search engines as every time you post it submits a sitemap to the major search engines.

I am offering a new service that involves posting relevant content to your website and having it automatically post to your facebook page as well. I will post articles from sources like Houzz that involve home upgrade topics, real estate topics from places like CNN Money or AOL Real Estate news and some local events that pertain to your region. These events could be wine tastings, music events, parades, anything that is local and might affect your client base.

post-on-website

I will post 4 times a week to both your website and your Facebook page. We will discuss whether you want it to post to your business page or personal profile or both. The cost for this service can be as low as $17 dollars a month. Please contact me for details. I can provide this service for any wordpress website, whether you are a SMMCats client or not.

There are some companies that are soliciting real estate agents and what they do is post pictures with hashtags and some form of request. This doesn’t work to get engagement for your page and your business. Facebook and Facebook users have evolved past the idea of randomly responding to pictures that have no relevance.

As it is now, Facebook is throttling down the reach of your business page news feeds. They are pushing business users towards a pay model if you want to get more reach with your posts. Having a business page can still be a very important part of your internet exposure but you need to understand how to present it to people in your sphere.
